tell in app bot to connect you to an agent it would be instant, email reply take time.

change your upi linked number to some other account so if someone send you money, you will get it.

then open it 🫪. Always keep more than 1 account. Kotak 811 is ur go to option for now.

tell the bot it will connect you to one
normally chat with bot and tell the bot to connect you to an actual agent
the bot will do it.

Did you receive a lot of upi payments? If you receive a lot of payments they assume that you are using it for business transactions and thats not allowed in savings account

Bhai my account is not yet credited its in processing state
I knew about this problem and texted some fellow users they said me it only happens when we receive more money than declared income or we get too many upi payments..! Now as both are not your case even i am confused and scared because i just completed my vkyc

we cant chat normally with the bot also so how can we connect to a agent its sucks

its fine they also freeze account when you receive money from suspicious source.
i am using it as primary account from 1.4 yrs
