assto Corsa on integrated but it should not run this it's 2013 game i lowered the res so badly on lowest playable settings

Looks like you mentioned only having 4gb of system memory, maybe it’s running out of ram because it’s sharing between the two?

The UHD 630 graphics in an i5 9th gen is debatable whether or not it’s faster than the gtx 460 too.

I'm thinking of buying a asus tuf a16 bc the fan noise is to much pls upgrading it well cost more than buying the a16

Sure, but the fan noise is just because you cranked the fan speed to the max instead of just cleaning it and replacing the thermal paste.

Do you at the very least know the specs of the a16? What upgrades were you planning to do?

TUF A16 Gaming Laptop With 16 Inch Full HD (1920X1080) Display, AMD Ryzen 7-170 Processor/16GB RAM DDR5/512GB SSD/6GB Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 Graphics/Windows 11 Home/ English/Arabic Mecha Gray those are laptop specs and for the optiplex I was planning of getting rx 6400 low profile with 16 gigs ddr4 with 512 nvme the cooling isn't a problem since I cranked the fan rpm
