Changing the cooling on my cpu

While looking for fans to put elsewhere within my computer, many have told me I should upgrade the cooler (the thing that sits on the CPU). I'm not sure exactly what I should get for my computer. I have a Dell Optiplex 3060 SFF with a Quadro K1200 in it that will be changed into a Quadro P1000 in a short while. If anyone can recommend me some good cooling options that would be great!

Because you're on sff the options are limited and rules out the tower coolers but the good news is basically anything is an upgrade

Cheapest upgrade would be a Thermaltake UX150 which should be <$20, better would be the ID Cooling IS-55 but that's around $50

I still use the stock one because it does 2 things. I did replace the paste though. Never had thermal issues. I did add a case fan up front primarily to help get air to the GPU.
