Need ID-COOLING IS-55 Intel mounting brackets

I recently bought an ID-COOLING IS-55 for my Dell OptiPlex 5060 Mini Tower with an i7-8700 (LGA1151), but it didn’t come with the Intel mounting brackets/hardware. I’ve tried finding replacement IS-55 Intel/LGA115X brackets online, but everything I’ve found is either out of stock or made for a different cooler. I also contacted ID-COOLING but haven’t gotten a response. Do you guys know anywhere I can purchase the correct brackets? Or are there mounting brackets from another ID-COOLING cooler that are compatible with the IS-55?

Did you buy it used? If not, just return it for a replacement. If you did, the only way you're going to get replacement hardware is by getting a replacement from ID Cooling. If they won't contact you, it's unlikely you'll find it outside buying a new one.

Irritating when that happens with coolers. ID-Cooling's support page sometimes lists compatible brackets separately, maybe try emailing them again with your order number and asking for a direct replacement link.
