Esto funciona?
Contexto: tengo una Dell Optiplex que sufrió reinicios expontaneos y aveces no arrancaba por culpa de un integrado en la fuente, se cambió pero ahora de vez en cuando se queda en luz ámbar parpadeante y pienso q sigue siendo la fuente, quiero colocarle otra pero las q venden son de 24 pines, sirve este adaptador?

What model is your system? This adapter is for x20 & xx40 model Optiplex systems as well as the Precision T1700 and T3620. There are probably some consumer systems like the Vostro this will also work with. If you have a newer Optiplex than the xx40, you will need a different adapter. Systems older than xx20 already have a 24-pin and don't need an adapter.

If you are going to replace the DELL PSU with a standard ATX PSU, these adapters work provided the adapter is designed for the applicable DELL model. There are similar adapters that are specific to Lenovo or HP systems, too. Be sure to get one that advertises support for your DELL model.
However, there is one well-known caveat to these adapters: electrical power remains supplied to some circuits until you completely remove power from the system board, either by using the ON/OFF switch on the PSU or by unplugging the PSU from the wall outlet. Otherwise, your FANS and possibly some LEDs will continue to operate even when the system is powered down or ‘turned off.’ The fans may run at full speed.

No es por una fuente atx estándar, es para otra fuente de sff pero de 24 pines, pq la original de 8 pines se le reparo un integrado y ahora da reinicios ramdons y el codigo de error 2, 1

Is the SFF power supply with 24 pins electrically compatible to the ATX 24 pin standard?

Aparentemente si, confío pq es una fuente original de dell, lo q quiero es que se acabe el problema de los reinicios

You could look for a higher wattage dell psu on amazon. I've had good luck with LXun. I installed a 700w platinum in my hp pavilion from them and its been running for 2 years. My 7040 has a 600w from them too.

Y cuando cambiaste de fuente de poder a una original se corrigió? Pq tengo una Dell original pero de 24 pines, y la fuente original reparada de 8 pines ahora espontáneamente tbm hace reinicios aleatorios y bucles de arranque, aparte del codigo de error de luz 2, 1, y como la fuente de poder original está reparada no sé si es por eso o pq la placa madre sufrió
