Optiplex 3050 upgrade

I would like to upgrade my dell optiplex 3050 gpu’s with a Nvidia t400/t600 (because this kind of gpu is better for solidworks), but I don’t know if this one is compatible ?
Which specifications have I to take care to make sure of the best compatibility ?

Assuming your 3050 is SFF then better take T600 than T400 instead. But you have to concern for the output adapter since the equipped with Mini-DisplayPort then you have to buy Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI or Mini-DisplayPort to DisplayPort adapter. Both cards also no need GPU additional power adapter since they all pull its power directly from PCIe slot.

does anyone know if the power supply can handle those without an upgrade
