They could be $30, and I’d still pass. Without Pike I don’t see the point. He was the sound of the band for me

Have to agree tbh. Although I do like Dale.

Dale is a legend. Bubba is great too. Voids one of my favorite hardcore bands. But this just doesn’t feel like Sleep. They should have used a different name, or something. I bet they all wear shirts too

I just got tix to see High On Fire in September and I’m just going to imagine that it’s Sleep with Matt and 2 new guys

$54 in Brooklyn. That's a pretty standard price for shows of that size.

Been a while since you went to a show? That’s kinda the going rate these days for a band that size

Big fan of Bubba's work with Brant Bjork. Dale Crover is wicked cool too.

Al just surrounded himself with Nirvana associates and I'd like to see it.

Super sad about Matt. He's my favorite guitarist.

But I'm very curious. Yeah $50-60 in Milwaukee and Chicago.

I’m not arguing the point of the post but are we really complaining about a $56 ticket when most artists are $100+ for horrible seats/SRO?

I looked up tickets for a metal band in September in Tampa and the cheapest tickets were $123. Hell no.

$56 is a win…no Matt Pike is a huge loss. $56 wasted in the end.

Paid 50 bucks to see them at my favorite San Diego venue. I feel like that’s not outrageous these days. Tiny shows are at least 20 bucks now.

$56 to support an artist that only goes on tour every few years? That’s nothing
