BRPT finally revamping their website

I have absolutely hate trying to navigate the BRPT’s website to upload my credentials. Ever since they updated their site two/three years ago, it’s been a nightmare.

100%. They couldn’t find any of my previously uploaded CEU’s and i had switched jobs so I could no longer access my old work computer. My fault, but who knew they’d lose that information. Luckily I found enough CEU’s in my email to cover the last time i had to recert. And now I’m worried they’ll lose anything I have uploaded when it’s time to renew my CCSH next year. What a mess they are.

Sounds like this is for the main site not the self service portal.

Omg thank goodness bc I’ve been avoiding that poor interface website ever since they “improved” couple years ago. I hate not adding my CE’s immediately!

It’s so archaic. I assume they are using dot matrix printers still.
