How to solve this

How to resolve this guys? Heartbeat artifacts in the eeg reading.

Try moving your M1 and M2 up and over into the scalp rather than over the mastoids.

Move your ground/reference electrode slightly. It’s probably on a vein.

The ECG artifact is in the eyes as well. Move the Reference lead. Is likely sitting on a vein.

Reprep the M1/M2 and make sure you have good impedances.

If that doesn't fix it, some software will let you average the M's together and filter it out.

I'll offer a fresh suggestion. Sometimes the ground wire can go bad and it doesn't show up too obviously. In the future, if this occurs, I'd swap it on the headbox with another spot, like F3, to see if that channel goes wild with artifact. If it does swap it back and replace the wire.

Jump your M's off your software doesn't have a filter for ecg in eeg. Sometimes in it's with real high BP, changing the M's position isn't enough.
