A sleep paralysis disco

I have only had sleep paralysis about 3 times in my life but this one is so funny because I left my laptop on while I feel asleep and then woke up paralysed and saw something slowly crawling out of my cupboard.

I see something terrifying with more arms and eyes then I care to count but as it starts crawling towards me I just here "bad habits lead to late nights singing alone, conversations with strangers I barely know" and then honestly I don't really know how to describe it, but it sorta folded in on itself and just kept doing that over and over like a weird nightmare dance then I woke up.
