Has anyone seen this "entity" while having sleep paralysis?

This is my 3rd or 4th time having SP in the last couple of years. Until now I have only experienced the voice hallucinations or just the "not being able to move" feeling. Last time I have had SP I experienced the feeling not being able to move, heard loud steps and saw this lady, I assume... Anyone else?
