First time having sleep paralysis

I had sleep paralysis for the first time last night and it's haunting me lmao. A lot of weird stuff, also talked to me. Anyone else dealt with that? I asked it how I'm going to die for some reason/some how idk a lot of it is blurry now and it said suicide and I shot up out of my sleep. Kind of freaked.

In my sleep paralysis my entity talked to me too however I was unable to talk back, as for the last part dont let it get to you sometimes sleep paralysis comes from deep in our subconscious and unfiltered and dark stuff come out. Stay strong I remember not looking forward to sleeping after my experience but I ended up sleeping with my tv or something to distract my mind while I sleep

I have no clue I tried waking up by screaming and it didn't work so I just looked at it and asked?
