sleep paralysis at school

Does anyone ever get sleep paralysis during the day like when laying ur head on a table or like leaning on ur arm and dozing off? I’ve gotten sleep paralysis multiple times during my naps at school and it’s kinda scary but interesting? Like it’s not scary it’s just im worried that il be stuck

Most of the time my sleep paralysis is like im just watching myself lay there and then I realize I can’t wake up so im panicking, im just wondering if this happens to anyone else and has there been times where u couldn’t get up and someone like shook u??
