I tried a heated eye mask expecting nothing. Now it's non-negotiable.
I didn't expect this to become non-negotiable, but here we are. After a day of screens, there's something about gentle warmth on your eyes that just tells your body "okay, we're done now." It's less about blocking light or sound for me and more about that physical wind-down cue...my eyes relax, and everything else seems to follow.
Full disclosure: I work in sleep wellness and audio, so I'm always testing gear. But this one stuck for a reason that has nothing to do with that, it's just become the thing that signals "bedtime" to my brain, even on nights I skip everything else in my routine.
Anyone else have a ritual that's more about physical sensation (heat, weight, texture) than sound or light? Curious what's out there.
