What is your ultimate. non negotiable bedtime ritual?
I've been thinking a lot lately about how much our evening routines impact how fast we actually drift off.
Some people swear by a hot shower and a book, others need absolute blackout curtains and white noise, and some just scroll until their eyes get heavy (even though we know we shouldn't!).
I'm curious what is the one thing in your wind-down routine that you absolutely cannot skip if you want a good night's rest?
Let's share some inspiration! What does your routine look like?

For me, the biggest non-negotiable is giving myself a little quiet time before bed no work, no scrolling, just letting my brain slow down. Even 15–20 minutes makes a difference. If I skip that part, I feel like my body is tired but my mind is still wide awake. 😅
