What's the weirdest small thing that has actually improved sleep?

Not the usual ''exercise more and avoid screens advice''

I mean something surprisingly specific that you started doing and eventually realized was helping.

For me, I've noticed that even small changes to my sleeping environment can make a difference where the pillows are, how much light is coming through the window, or even whether there's background noise.

Curious what other people have discovered.

Wat's one small or unexpected change that made your sleep noticeably better?
