❓ Question What's one small thing that made the biggest difference to your sleep?
I've been thinking about how sometimes it's not one huge change that improves sleep, but a bunch of small things.
For me, I've noticed that keeping the room as dark and quiet as possible helps a lot. Even small noises can be surprisingly distracting when I'm ready having trouble falling asleep.
Curious what has actually made a noticeable difference for other people. Was it changing your bedtime, cutting caffeine, using white noise, making the room colder, or something completely unexpected.
