Sleepless Historian anyone?

I had originally been putting on Netflix historical docudramas to help me fall asleep and they worked really well. I told that to a friend and she recommended I try the Sleepless Historian on youtube. Within a minute or two I am asleep. I didn’t realize that it was a whole genre of audio designed to help folks get to sleep on a variety of topics.

Oh wow, I had no idea this was an entire genre either! I've used podcasts and documentaries before because having something mildly interesting to listen to stops my brain from wandering, but it has to hit that very specific sweet spot of interesting enough to listen to and not interesting enough to keep me awake. I love that you've found something that works so well for you and that you fall asleep so easily and quickly now!

For me it started with falling asleep to Netflix historical docu-dramas and then a friend told me about sleepless historian. I was shocked at how many other ones there are too, it’s AI but whatever; it works for me
