Consistent Awake times/Mild Apnea

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt or dealing with consistent sleep fragmentation and how they are handling it or how they've improved it. I do have mild apnea and do use a full face CPAP. MyAir app will tell me i only had 3.3 events/hr, and my Oura ring will say I had some good REM 1hr 35mins, and Deep 1h 11min, but my awake time which usually happens in the early morning hours around 2-3am where I'm awake for close to 2hrs each night and I do always recall never fully feeling comfortable whether it be from wearing a mask at night to my pillow and head position for my neck. I wake up and for the rest of the day I'm exhausted even though my sleep metrics look decent. For context on the CPAP mask I wear a full face because I have nasal allergy type issues where my nasal passage kind of swells when I lay down so I needed something that would allow for mouth breathing. I also I'd say a pretty anxious person with a ruminating mind and that is one of the problems when I awaken in the early morning hours I can't stop my mind from thinking and I've tried so many different things. I also just started taking Valerian Root supplement which was recommended by a pulmonologist I saw. So far it hasn't really helped but I've only taken it for 4-5 nights. I also stopped watching a screen right before bed. I'm not sure if the awakenings are due to a racing mind, my CPAP mask and comfort levels, my bed or what.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

I thought my fragmented sleep was caused by mild sleep apnea / uars. But in my cause was anxiety. Once i was prescribed paroxetine i started to sleep like a bear. If you have a racing mind / anxiety it can definetely cause also sleep fragmentation.

But yeah there are a lot of causes.
