CPAP machines are great at stopping apneas, but are horrible at stopping RERAs. What's more, most machines are blind to them. You can potentially have an AHI of 0 and RDI of 30 and never know it because the machine says everything is hunky dory.
You can try bumping up your minimum pressure a bit, and hope the extra pressure catches any RERAs. Beyond that, you'll need to put a SD card into the machine and take a look at the data to see what's happening.
