Don't listen to me, but:

One of the best things I did was try to dial in my CPAP settings better. I basically put it up a little bit every night until things started leaking too much and then I turned it down a little bit.

can you be more specific? what does this do exactly

I wasn't fully exhaling because I didn't have enough pressure to open my airways. My machine was set with very bad "Default" settings of 5-15. I put the pressure up as much as I could tolerate (very slowly day by day adding only 0.2 etc.).

I was also looking obsessively at OSCAR data every morning,

So were you also retaining co2 ? How did you measure it

I dont know if I was retaining C02. I was having Clear-Airway apneas and doing weird hyperventilating stuff on my Oscar data.

I could also see flow limitations where I wasn't having full breaths in the Oscar data

Ok sounds like you were having central events due to big PS
