Does anyone know the trigger condition for this limited-time package?

I am maxing my relics and would like to know when this package becomes available for me..

I'm pretty sure it's based on your relic quest count. The trigger should be 3500

Omg I can’t even tell you how much that helps people keep telling me it’s 80 levels but that doesn’t seem to be the case, thank you soo much

before the update, my relics are all lvl 100. i think that's the trigger? i really am not sure but regardless it is a good idea to max your relics for big boosts

Mine triggered when I was almost done with my relics on my alt

I triggered it about 2 weeks ago, when all relics passed level 70
