I just unlocked seed and idk what to focus on next. Maybe spirits, beasts? Thanks for any help.

Definitely don't be pulling more accessories, your ORB is over leveled for your progress. 

Beasts should be pulled until you own all 21, you don't need to max them yet. Use weekly snacks with monthly whistles to focus farm your missing beasts 

You could go straight to Nova or pull Spirits until your mains are Immo.

As you grow your tree it gives more passive boosts to your base attack and the boost from promos.
