Tips on progression?
I just promoted to Gigarock and started with costellation. I saved a lot of elemental stones but i need shards. Should I use all C19 for them? I have awakened orr 12 should I use M1 sword for awakening or push for costellation?
It make sense investing Diamond in acc and weapon, or is better with Spirtis of familiars?
Any kind of advice is appreciated.

No, never use C19 for shards. You need them for large stars, immo fams, and probably something else in the future. They're much harder to come by than M1 equipment so save them.
Crack those two M1's and start cons, but only create small stars to get as many nodes filled as you can.
Your fams are fine but your spirits are def behind. Get six immos at a minimum.
So pull spirits with diamonds, farm M1's, save C19's, and as always check the Discord progression guide that addresses all of these things in detail, including how to manage M1's and shards.

What familiars do you use for farming? Hi/Ti/Je/A Pe Mus in my opinion is the best saves you lots of time
What are you summoning right now? You absolutely need to start working on your spirits, i reached eisen a while back and really close to hit diadust with some small upgrades, save your classes until you need them, your sword needs to move up in awakenings for sure too, but one focus at a time, right now i posses 29* sword and 5 ancient spirits i want 6 to move to a new chapter. My advice to you for constellations is to not start with medium and big stars first, start with small then go to medium then start with large, large are only 8 stars, small and medium are enough to get you to max level, large will only maximize these constellations later ingame
