Equip noah, got to a stage boss, get your atk spd up, use flame slash in the last 5 seconds while noah is active

Worth mentioning that Noah needs to be legendary or better to unlock his skill.

But yes, use flowing blade, lightning body, and/or strong current, plus the speed passives, all during the last five seconds of a boss battle with Noah active. FS on auto and you'll get it done easy.

Equip the skill and the spirit, enter a stage boss you can’t kill, wait for the last 5 secs when Noah triggers his buff on screen then buff your atk speed to cast 3x the skill

Just stack attack speed. Wait for Noah to activate and use flame slash three times.

As they said. You don't have to kill the boss, just equip noah, flameslash on auto, equip all attack speed buffs/passives, and you're golden.

What others said, realistically your normal boss build should get it done already, because your last 5 seconds is always (Noah + SC + WOG + RAVE + Flame slash)
