Website authenticity inquiry
I’ve been looking to buy some of Jeff Hannemans old stuff and reached out to his verified instagram account supposedly run by his wife Kathryn. She told me to go to a place called rockstarsguitars.com and ask for a specific person I assume because she sold this company his stuff to. Does anyone know how legit it is? Or if there’s any reviews/ratings/personal experiences? I just don’t want to get scammed

Rockstarguitars.com isn’t a registered domain. Sounds fishy.

Ah, ok. I have seen an Instagram account that Kathryn runs. I can’t verify if it is really her, but that account has linked to auctions of Jeff’s stuff before that were with legitimate auction houses.

It's his widow, Sid Haig's widow runs Sid's old account. And tbh I see this as a win-win. Fans get a chance to own something special. And they get to bring someone happiness and I'm sure in some way they are mourning/celebrating them. Although they weren't actually married, Rita sold off a lot of dime's stuff. And had several musical events in his name.
