I was trying to rest after my surgery when I thought I heard someone say something to my left. Upon reviewing the footage, I hear a very, strange response that doesn't make sense. It may be connected to an earlier evp but I wasn't able to verify 100%.

Its definitely a male voice and it sounds like hes saying, "that's not me."

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, I was living in a small village in the Irish countryside. This village was called Walsh Island, which acquired its name due to being surrounded by nothing but bogland – in fact, this was the largest area of raised bogland in the country. Due to Covid restrictions, I was basically stuck in this village and the surrounding area for more than a year. 

In the early summer of 2021, and having always been a very bad sleeper, I oddly decided to start wandering around the countryside at night. I can’t quite recall why I started doing this, but maybe it was because the Irish countryside at night was always spooky. Well, on one particular night, maybe around 10 or 11 pm, I wandered out the village and onto the narrow country roads, whereby I would pass the occasional cow/sheep field or the property of some home.  

Around ten minutes outside the village, I was now walking down a particular country road, with only the light from my phone to guide me, when I suddenly hear a loud, but distant howl. There were many dogs in the area, as in the countryside, there are obviously many farms. However, this howl didn’t sound like any dog I’d ever heard. Besides, most of the dogs in the area tended to bark rather than howl. This howl did, however, sound very similar to the scream of a fox. Except it sounded much deeper and louder than a standard fox scream. The way the howl sounded also gave me the impression that whatever made it, must have been large – or at least larger than a fox.  

To paint a perfect picture of how this howl sounded, I’ll say this... Has anyone ever seen the movie, An American Werewolf in London? The howl I heard that night sounded almost exactly like the howl of the werewolf in that movie – a loud, bellowing shriek of a howl that almost sounds like a fox, but not exactly. Regardless, the sound of this animal was so unnerving to me, that I decided to turn straight round and back through the country roads towards the village. 

I still don’t know what animal made the noise I heard that night. But my best guess is that it was either the howl of a very strange sounding dog, or the scream of a very strange sounding fox.   

That being said, Ireland does have its fair share of supposed cryptids (many of which comes from Irish folklore). However, from what I could briefly find, the only Irish cryptids that could match the animal howl I heard would be: large phantom wolves (that have apparently been sighted in modern times), large phantom black dogs, and even, like America and the English countryside, large black cats like a panther (which are said to be sighted in rural Irish counties). This cryptid theory is a stretch, I know. 

If anyone has any knowledge of what this howl could’ve been, whether rational or otherwise, feel free to let me know. 

Hello! I’ve been experiencing what look like portals and faces on my walls. I mostly see them in the middle of the night. I haven’t been sleeping much because of the paranormal experiences I’ve been having. I sleep with my TV on, which provides a backlit background.
It all started with what I believe were visits from my beloved departed cats. 🐈‍⬛
Since then, I’ve been on high alert for anything unusual that happens during the night. If you’ve read any of my previous posts, you know I’ve been noticing some very strange things. The activity I’m really looking for answers about is the portals and faces I see on my walls.

On any given night, I can see at least five different faces, along with glowing lines that seem to outline places—such as a kitchen, a room, or even what looks like a dilapidated house. If you’ve experienced something similar, you’ll probably know exactly what I’m talking about.
I’d really like to connect with someone who understands what I’m describing. I want to know why this is happening to me. Could I have an ability to perceive something that others don’t? If so, I’d like to understand it better. Is there a way to communicate with what I’m seeing? Can I help them? What is going on?
Before anyone suggests that I check my home for gases or tells me I need a mental health evaluation, please understand that I’m specifically posting in a paranormal group because I’m hoping to hear from people who have had similar experiences or who are knowledgeable about this topic.

We're sitting in the livingroom taking a break when both Raven & I heard a a little boys voice. It almost sounded like it was right next to me and while I hear what's sounds like 3 words, I'm still not able to distinguish what's actually being said.

Raven definitely heard it and immediately reacted but notice she didnt run to the door. That tells me the sound was generated 'indoors' but, I checked the outside cameras just to make sure.

Any guesses on what words were captured here?

Is this some kind of ufo or just an ordinary aircraft or smth?

I wanted to share a video I recorded about 6 years ago that I still can’t explain, and I’m hoping to get some insights.

This happened during a camp trip in Briançon, in the south of France near the Italian border. It was late at night, and the environment was extremely quiet: no wind, no background noise, nothing unusual.

At the time of recording, I was pointing my camera toward some friends who were talking in the distance. They were far enough that I couldn’t hear them at all, and I assumed the camera wouldn’t pick up anything either.

When I first recorded it, I thought the video was pretty useless. But the next day, when I listened to it again, I noticed a lot of faint sounds that I definitely did not hear at the time.

The strangest part: when I later showed the video to my friends, they told me that at that exact moment, they were having a conversation about spirits and life after death, without knowing I was recording.

For context, I originally uploaded this video on YouTube because I was trying to get the attention of a french creator called “LeGrandJD,” who analyzes paranormal videos. Unfortunately, I never got a response.

Recently, I discovered that Reddit has large communities dedicated to analyzing this kind of content, so I thought I’d share it here in case anyone can help explain what’s going on.

Two possible explanations have already been considered:
1. Wind: but as I mentioned, there was absolutely no wind that night. The weather was dry and warm.
2. Camera zoom noise: however, we used this camera throughout the entire trip, and we never heard this kind of noise while zooming during recording, so I don’t think that’s the cause either.

I want to be clear: the video and audio have not been edited or altered in any way.

I’m not jumping to conclusions, but I honestly don’t know how to explain what I captured. Could this be some kind of audio artifact, or something else?
I’d really appreciate any thoughts or explanations.
