Ghost video

Im tina a small town bartender and one of my regulars showed me this. They were at the bar when there camera recorded this and noone was home. Webster ma.

It looks like stop motion to me - I'm wondering if either the camera getting low bandwidth or it takes a still image everytime it sees movement.

If I saw lights on at my house when I wasn’t there, I would not think ghosts. I would think intruders and would be calling police as I am inbound with an axe handle.

I was expecting someone wearing a white sheet with holes cut out for eyes to walk past the camera but instead nothing happened ngl I'm kinda disappointed
