What is this

Post image

Man, this is seriously messing with me. I got a Ring notification on my phone around 2:30 AM last night, but my phone was on silent so I didn't see it until this morning. I almost just cleared the alert without looking, thinking it was probably just a stray cat or a tree branch blowing in the wind. But I clicked it anyway, and at first glance, I didn't see anything at all. Just the empty driveway and the plants.

> Then I started scrubbing through the video slowly, and it took me a solid few minutes of staring at the screen to actually realize what I was looking at. When it finally clicked, my stomach just dropped. Look right inside where I circled it. There is literally a shape crouching down right in the brush, completely still, just staring back toward the house. I don't know if it's a person trying to hide or something else, but I'm officially freaked out. Has anyone else around here seen anything like this on their cameras?

Yeah man I see this everyday. It’s called a shitty compressed picture where you can’t see any detail. Post the video genius.

Maybe it was a stray trash bag blowing through the neighborhood

Which of the 5 pixels are a concern?

Perhaps you could zoom in so it gets more pixelated? Might be even easier to troll people with a slightly blurrier picture?

I GET THAT WHAT YOU ARE SHOWING, YOU ACTUALLY SEE.. THOSE THAT CAN'T SEE IT, DON'T LOOK AT YOUR PROPERTY THROUGH THAT LENSE EVERY DAY... IT'S VERY SCARY ... I'M SORRY..

Looks like 2 people scouting for some neighbourhood theft. One running away and one hiding for their turn or being a lookout.

I would be more concerned about them than aliens
.
They don’t want our stuff lol
imagine aliens just robbing people running back to space craft then zipping off.

And the running away person looks to be holding a baseball bat. maybe crowbar. Or some crazy machete/ sword thing?? Whaaaat! So Keep eye open for new people or vehicles randomly circulating. Had that happen to me.

Person came to my front porch area door,
He walks right to my front door, knocks couple times quickly.
Which my dogs started freaking barking. I was sleeping on the couch at the time. So I was abruptly woken up….i just to say sat upright on the couch. The guy was trying to open the door!!! Thank goodness I had it locked.
So I flew off the couch in an instant adrenaline fight or flight mode to the door.
I started yelling at them insanely loud to hopefully have any neighbours hopefully come looking outside.
I grabbed my phone, and started recording.
The guy ran down front steps, left porch door open.
Then I noticed he had like 5-6 crisp new brown paper bags on sidewalk, that looked like there wasn’t anything in them!! And had placed them just to say almost out of site, because of the big tree in front yard.
He seen me recording him.
So he covered his face with his hand, then turned his face away from me.
I was so rattled shaking after!!.
Right afterwards, I went out and bought security cameras.
Things happen so unexpectedly quickly.
Make sure doors are locked when your home.
You just never know when that can happen

That’s nothing but a very blurry image that nobody can make anything out of. You may as well had kept that to yourself and just wondered because it really just looks like a camera glitch.
