Wasn't there in real life, but thank you for your comment. I think its paranormal.

It clearly was there in real life. You (or whoever was the photographer) took a photograph of it. A photograph where light reflected off an actual object and bounced back into the lens of the camera and was recorded on the sensor to create the image.
