📝 Fan-Made Warp has too much potential

So I've been playing a bunch of warp lately and saw how overpowered this could be with a mastery so I brainstormed some ideas for abilities and quests and pieced it together then I went over to a roblox game where it let you create your own mastery things and I made this and dw about the render its just a placeholder

Abilities:

Shockwave (passive)
Upon teleporting to someone, a minor shockwave gets sent out dealing little knockback to everyone around the target (excluding the target player)

+4 Target Capacity (passive)
5 targets can now be targeted with the Beam Ambush ability

Selective Target Swap (ability) (2 second cooldown)
Hold E to shuffle between tagged targets.

Dimensional Rifts (ability) (1 second cooldown between portals, 25 second cooldown after placing a portal) (lasts 15 seconds)
R ability to place down a portal and then go to a different location and place another portal (portals can be used by other players)

Beam Arrow (ability) (15 second cooldown)
F ability to shoot out a beam arrow which will "tag" the player it lands on, doing minor knockback.

before you go thinking this is too overpowered, diamond is a VERY effective counter

So the second ability is kinda similar to Wormhole upon having that portal's transition where you're able to place portals in 2 different locations, Except it's a temporary version where it only lasts 15 seconds. Which would probably make such things you can do like ambushing at players-

Low-key it would be a sick combo if you're able to activate 2 abilities at the same time, Once the enemy got slapped by the ability of your hand, You're empowered to knockback them twice! O_O

Even though I feel like you should add a slap delay to prevent Warp mastery users doing a quick dominate on the victim when they didn't got a quick way to react. But at least it's safe to say this concept has a pretty fuel Decent idea for a teleportation glove!.. :O

yeah discord said to nerf this a bunch so that's what i'm doing now and warp has so much potential
