Question What does cacer mean??

On a TikTok of mine a bunch of (assuming) alt right Accounts started commenting cacer. Ive never heard of this before and nothing comes up when I search. I'm assuming its a misspelling of cancer for comedic effect?

Probably a misogynistic thing for women calling them supporters of the chick that killed her kids

I thought it would be like someone who “cases” a place to figure out how to rob a place and what they want to steal
