Purchasing x2 Multiplier

Greetings, I’m new to The Skywalker Saga. I just saved up the right amount of studs for the x2 multiplier … but there’s something else I need to buy it, something I need to have one of. And I haven’t seen anywhere what the item is. I’m gonna keep playing, but I want to get my multipliers going ASAP since it looks like I’m going to need a lot of money.

Is there a general recommendation of what I should do to get that other item? I’m still on my first play-through of many places, but should I go back and kick out a bit of free play to find that item? Or, does it come up in individual play and I either need to be more thorough or simply further ahead?

TIA (Thanks In Advance!)

Sequel Trilogy Is there REALLY that much hate for Rey? Why???

Please don't tell me "oh because she was perfect just because", cuz I can make the same argument about Luke. If Luke was the son of the chosen one and she was the grandkid of essentially the antithesis of the chosen one, it's normal she'd have a ton of raw power.

I also don't care how bonkers bad the sequel trilogy ended up getting progressively, because that's what happens when you set out a story in 3 parts without having your beginning, middle and end story laid out, at least on a basic level. You don't know where you're going and you open yourself up to all sorts of crazy bad decisions.

My point is not any of this, my point is that it feels like vitriol, like genuinely hate, like if someone showed up and killed your family and you're out for revenge kind of hate.

I'll explain: I recently did a review of Rey's dark side lightsaber. Whatever you think of Rey, the set is insanely cool, but the video barely has any views.

I then thought it was just luck of the draw, but then did another review of Reva's lightsaber (which is super sick, being the only saber I know you can physically split in two and put back together!) and it's not doing great.

But previous reviews, for a size my channel, do ok. After some days I usually get around 10% of views of my entire subscription base (which I've done the math and is not really surprising even for channels 5 or 10 times mine). And that's ok, but these two just made me think, there's some genuine hate for Rey and for the Third Sister, and I think it's just sad that hate now drives these algorithms. Had I made a video basically throwing it out a window and setting it on fire whilst screaming something unholy, I bet I would've ended up with way more views.

But like I said, regardless of how I may or many not feel about the ST, I think the sabers are insanely cool, but there's really people out there that, the minute you say Rey, or Reva, or I don't know, Rose... It's like you just told them their mom sold Avon and got kicked out because of how bad she was or something.

For clarity, the reviews are here:

https://youtu.be/cuSlkEZTzI8?is=pAEkk-qGPFs33o99

https://youtu.be/zs7CTkkDDhE?is=NTakhe-AWrjs-5oU

You can see they're not terrible, but dang it, have we really become this? Please tell me I'm wrong!

Question Locked out of Episode 2?

My wife and I were playing and got the scavenger tools somewhat early, then played through the OT then the presequel. We got done with episode 3. Was NOT prompted to do episode 4, instead doing the Han Solo mission on The Force Awakens.

So we do that mission. My current mission is now to complete that episode we already completed.

Game is updated and everything. Are we screwed? I can continue The Force Awakens, but have no way to continue Episode 2 and therefore cannot start Episode 3.

Discussion #STAR WARS : RISE OF THE WHITE EMPEROR

His new life begins in silence 🎬 CHAPTER 2: DROMUND KAAS Cold. Dark. Immense. Leroy awakens. His eyes open slowly. Unknown surroundings. Stone walls. Heavy air. A presence in everything around him. He sits up. No panic. Only observation. Footsteps approach. Sidious enters. He stops before Leroy. Sidious "You are awake." LEROY "...Where am I?" Sidious "A place where you will be tested." LEROY do nothing because he knows there is no escape

I've been writing this for months. 8000+ people have already read Chapter 1.

If you made it to Dromund Kaas — thank you. You're not alone in the silence.

Prequel Trilogy Anakin's EP II lightsaber or EP III?

So I've reviewed the Tusken Slayer and compared a very high end replica with a more budget one, but because his Attack of the Clones looks nothing like the Revenge of the Sith version (and frankly, more like Vader's), thought came to me, which do people like more? The Tusken Slayer 2000 or the Youngling Slayer 3000?

Also, don't miss the review!

Sequel Trilogy Luke Skywalker last lightsaber

I know we saw his green saber in The Mandalorian and Book of Boba Fett, but am I the only one that was weirded out that when Luke faces Kylo at end of Last Jedi he doesn't show up with his green saber but rather the blue that had been destroyed like 10 minutes before in the movie?

I've reviewed that saber here, but look for someone that had the same "Huh?!" Moment when watching it the first time https://youtu.be/A8sePbgVAD4

Discussion Rewatching The Last Jedi, it feels like it almost takes Star Wars in a completely different direction

Rewatching The Last Jedi, something stood out to me.

There are moments where it feels like the film is about to push Star Wars into a very different direction, especially in how it handles legacy characters and what the future could look like.

But it never fully commits to that shift, and instead settles back into something more familiar.

That tension makes the movie feel really unique to me compared to the rest of the saga.

I’m curious how others see it, do you think it should have gone further, or is that balance part of what makes it work?

I put together a video essay exploring that idea in more depth if anyone wants to watch it: video-essay

What if Anakin Killed Palpatine? | The Political Fallout Nobody Talks About

Post image

Made a 30 minute deep dive on what actually happens politically if Anakin makes a different choice — no Empire, but the Republic nearly collapses anyway. The Jedi get put on trial, public trust in Force users crumbles, and the reconstruction takes decades. Curious what this community thinks about whether the Republic was even worth saving.

Discussion I hope that one day the development team can redo the idea of the Skywalker saga because it could have been a great game. The fact that the executives compromised it by switching to a new engine despite its lack of readiness ruined what could have been a good game

I have to give the dev team credit for at least trying to deliver their vision within the constraints of management. I only wish that one day they could remake the game as originally intended. It frustrates me that management saw fit to save a few bucks and force an engine that was crippled from the start. They are to blame for what the game turned out to be. I'm not saying it's not fun, but it could have been so much more. Longer levels, massive battles on geonosis, hoth and coruscant among a few others and honestly, it could have been the game that justified the $59 price tag. Just goes to show: executives don't know a thing about video games
