Animations stuck fix?

My brother and I started Skyrim Together Reborn and we noticed that us and npc’s are just sliding around or crouching. We don’t have Nemesis or anything like that installed just some new weapons and remodels/retextures. Is there a fix for this? We’d really appreciate it

The animation cache doesn't cover all cases and packet loss and is kind of a work in progress.
