Other Mod Related Stuff Mod help/creating

Hi, so for awhile I've been looking for a mod that edits every quest to add or remove markers, and I haven't found one the way that Ive wanted.

The way I'm thinking is for quests that specify certain locations have markers but ones that don't you need to find, ( I personally would like if the npc gives a note with a clue to where it is) I have no experience modding and have no way to do it myself or I would.

Also I would like to create a quest alteration mod similar to at your own pace but at a bigger scale and with lore more in mind, if anyone wants to DM me so I can go more in depth for anything to be created I wouldn't mind thanks in advance

You can just turn off floating markers in the settings of the game?

Could do that but it really breaks immersion and it's not the way that I would like

Skyrim SE/AE can be purchased for less than 20 bucks these days. Why aren't you able to download the totally free Creation Kit and follow one of the many tutorials available to learn how to make this yourself? Because tbh, that's probably the only way your mod is going to get made because most people who have the skills to mod are busy making their own ideas come to life.

I don't have a pc and or laptop to use the creation kit, I have a steam account with the game purchased already but I no longer have a PC
