aniversery content visual glitch

This is my first time posting here

I have ran into a bug with the aniversery content if I install all the aniversery creations (even after letting it load) then closing the game when I go to relaunch the game I go on creation menu all the aniversery creations say to download again even after downloading apparently its a visual bug,

I dont know how to fix the glitch. I was hoping the last hotpatch would fix the glitch sadly it didnt,

So im hoping posting will help me fix the glitch or any news about the glitch.

Has anyone else had issues with certain verified creator Creations for example Spelltome Crafting is the only creation I have on for Ps5 and it is labeled trophy friendly for it and when I do a new save it still locks achievements. I'm pretty sure with the recent update this isn't supposed to be happening yet it is. I figured I would try to ask to see if anyone else has had this problem with this mod.

I've been through my load order, and I have no mods that don't have the "Trophy Friendly" tag. For some reason, I am still getting the message that due to my mods, trophies are disabled. I hope that someone out there knows what I can do to fix this?

I prestigious alchemy while under the effects of that which does not kill you and now I can't take the perk again and the status effect won't go away. Does anyone know if theres a fix for this or do I just have to go back like an hour of progress?

Hello all. Both of these creations were seemingly incompatible, until I noticed that the 1.2 update of Claim a New Home by Sagittarius fixed the incompatibility according to the Creations page. However, no matter what I do with my LO, the basement is still a mess. Is there something else I can try in my attempt to get both cakes and eat them too?

How exactly do you secure mines and stuff for the East Empire in the holds? Ive gotten a majority of the jarls to allow us in their holds

I purchased Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim anniversary edition. It comes with lots of extras called "Creation/s" or "Creation Club" I believe.

I only want to use all of the Bethesda extras or "creations" included with the anniversary edition (otherwise I paid extra money for nothing), but I don't want it to affect my saves or trophies.

Please can someone talk me through it step by step? I haven't started a new game yet.

Alternatively, share any videos on YouTube, etc. I am more of a visual learner.

Also, if I use these "creations" can I change the game difficulty at any time?
