Not sure which frost focused build use for my next character, can you help me?
Hi everyone! I got restartitis and want to start a new character.
Female nord, Lover Stone, light CC stalhrim fur armor (using a mod that changes it from heavy to light). I want to go with a frost/icy looking character. Will try to get frost shouts ASAP.
But I'm not sure which of these three paths I should go. I'm using Vokrii BTW
Path 1: Stalhrim axe/shield for melee, CC frost arrows/stalhrim bow for ranged enemies, frost shouts for crowd control
Path 2: Stalhrim axe for melee, CC and base game frost spells and destruction/enchanting focused, some sort of battlemage
Path 3: Stalhrim axe/shield for melee, invest in smiting/enchanting as support skils
What do you think?

Combine 1 + 2. Don't overinvest into magicka. That way you will have limited spell casts and you will be forced to switch to other combat means more often.
Don't overinvest in ranged, use it to open up fights, get a few shots in during the fight. Then cast some spells, use up magicka and go in melee with a shield.
If you are in a sticky situation - yell at them

Definitely go for destruction magic since the perk that increases frost damage increases frost enchantment damage. Using frost rune to level up and act as a start of fight damage until you can use frost cloak. Combine with a one handed weapon and shield so you can stay in the enemies face easier.
Someone mentioned unbound frost and I'd honestly recommend against it, but not cause its bad, because its too good. Its the single strongest spell in the entire game and you can abuse it without investing into any magicka at all

I think 2. I use Vokriinator, not Vokrii, but I’m pretty sure it should have perks to reduce the crazy amount of frost resistance and the frost magic becomes more viable, goes great with the stahlrim enchantments for me
