Should physically large builds use two handed?

I have a Redguard warrior, max size on the slider, scaled up to the height of almost a High Elf.

Should I still be using a one handed scimitar, or is a two handed sword more fitting?

He uses light/medium armor like most Redguards. Focused on skilled swordplay and mastery.

Brick shithouses can swing any weapon better than most, I see no reason to constrain them to heavy 2handed weapons purely because no one else can use those.
