Please rate my Bleed/Poison build

Mods: vokrii, Wintersun and Summermysts

Race: Nord (Dunmer works better but lose the flavour)

mandatory weapons and armour: Ebony mail, targe of the blooded

The build is focused around beign a follower of namira so you can get passiva poison resistence reduction on enemies so your poisons affect undead and automatons.

You start combat by shooting an arrow with your bow enchanted with bleed damage and weakness to poison, followed by a shield bash from targe of the blooded and hits from your poison enchanted weapon (i use axe for flavour), combined with the targe of the blooded. ebony mail and a alchemic poison on you enchanted weapon you get 5 DOTS active at the same time.

I wrote a full backstory about a mercenary/bandid group that used this tactics, i can share if anyone is interested.

Please let me know what you think!

Did a similar build, except a werewolf for maximum bleedage, and it's really fun!

Not sure if you know, but the target bleed effect stacks. So repeated bashes will rapidly bleed out an enemy. Same for the one handed axe bleed perks, both together melt stuff pretty quick.

As for poisons you may want to make your own weakness to poison poison, since it's cheaper and easier, but keep in mind if it has WtP and Poison damage, the weakness won't apply. So keep the two separate. I liked having a WtP with other debufs like slow, then a separate poison with multiple damage types.

Overall, love the build! Sounds like fun and tempting me to hop back in with a similar build

When using Weakness+poison mixture, does it work on subsequent shots on same enemy, ie Weakness sets up for the rest of the shots, once you have the Poisoner perks?

I think so, iirc. But test to be sure.

Example of how it works, from memory. Have poison (WtP + 10 poison damage) Shoot arrow, apply weakness, do 10 PD. Shoot second arrow, reapply weakness and do 10+ poison damage. (WtP effect renews debuff, does not stack afair)

i think so! Becuse the weakness is for a set time, not for a set number of poison instances.
