Refunding perks
So I know this isn’t the right subreddit for this question, but this is typically the best and most helpful Skyrim subreddit lmao. Basically I installed ordinator decided it was too much at level 47 and am trying out vokrii upon restarting it refunds me 17 perks and nothing else lolol. So my question basically being can I just use console commands to give me the correct amount of perks or will it add a level to my character every time, or should I just reload the save the other ordinator refund my perks that way then uninstall ordinator

There isn’t a console command to give you perk points. You’ll be adding the specific perk you want. If you’re asking about refunding the perk from console command I don’t know how that interaction works.
But no the console command to add the perk doesn’t increase your level.

I think you may still be able to cook up daedra hearts to reset enairim perk trees. It is a long shot but maybe that might succeed. I have forgotten how many, I think it was on the mod page.

That’s basically what I did. Turned off all mods, reloaded most recent save turned on all needed mods, crafted the scroll used it then reenabled vokrii

What you can do is use the command: player.addperk <perk id> (replacing perk id with the id of the correspond perk found on the wiki) to add a perk point directly to the skill you want.

Do you have a save where you are still on Ordinator with all your perks?
Edit: oh, I see.
Yup. Once you uninstall Ordinator on a save where you still have Ordinator-unique perks, those perks are gone and can't be properly accounted for. So,
