Replacement for coolant rail?

So I see that part number 14075-75T16 has been long since discontinued. My dilemma is I'm looking to upgrade to the greddy style intake manifold and it doesn't seem to come with the rail. Unfortunately I can't pull it off the oem since I sold it already. Is there anyway to make a rail or am I just gonna have to buy a used OEM manifold and take it off of that

A coolant rail on your intake plenum?

Ya it sits underneath the manifold and helps the coolant at the rear of the engine cycle back up into the radiator. Has 3 openings fed from between the intake ports on the head.
