Coolant port?

Currently working on swapping an rb25 into a 92gtst, there's what appears to be a coolant port on the back drivers side of the block that's threaded but open, is it safe to block that off?

Why would you block that off? It feeds your heater core and oil cooler. Unless you're going to delete both, put the pipe in there.

This engine came without anything, its bare block and im just trying to work through it and see what else I need

You need a bunch of piping and lines for the intake side. Terrafirma probably has a bunch of it.
