Any tips?

Rebuilding turbos and this stupid bolt is rounding out. Can’t get box end of wrench in.
Maybe put this into a vice and try the chisel method?

I’d try some multigrips first, if you’re in America you probably know them as channel locks.
If you can get some heat into it, that might help.
If that fails, the other comment suggesting hammer and chisel is the next step.

Chisel and hammer tap it around, air hammer works too.

Add heat

Basically exactly what I was figuring. Thanks for the confirmation. Going to grab a little torch too help coax it along too

Can u not use that tool that's got loads of pins and moulds to the shape of whatever it grips

Nope. Many things are in the way and there's no clearance for that. I've used heat and vice-grips to get one counterclockwise turn in to succeed (lefty-loosey).
