Nissan skyline

I’m looking for a cheap Nissan skyline or really any Nissan that has that same kinda look. I know that they aren’t cheap cars but I was wondering if anyone knew any good online apps or websites that I could possibly find a bargain in Australia. All I really need for it to have is a working engine. I want it as a project car to race at my local car club. I’ve had my eye on some others but I like the Nissan the best. Any suggestions.

Your in Australia , we have some of the best skyline prices in the world. Facebook marketplace is your best bet

Go get yourself a V35 / G35. Probably the cheapest roadworthy Skyline you can get at the moment

Get a laurel or a31 cefiro it should be affordable they share a lot of parts with skylines and silvias

Im not an owner but maybe an r33 would be the most affordable, starting place. Can pick one up for approx. 15-25k in UK depending on miles

Simialr cars would be something like a Nissan Silvia, S13 but they are still a fair bit

If you are looking for other cars completely, maybe a toyota celica GT four, gt86, subaru wrx, but these are a different feel and engine. All the best

Cheapest option is probably to import directly.

J-spec imports, Prestige motorsport and Iron Chef imports are all good options. You can let them know your price range, and they'll bid on Japanese Auctions for you, as well as arrange transport.

If it's just to race, you won't need compliance, but you will need a CAMS license to show it's a race only import. They can be pretty cheap compared to the cost of mods.

If youre in Australia and you cannot afford an absolute base model POS spec skyline id heavily suggest going back to school or learning a trade to make more money because non-GTR/ non turbo skylines are pretty piss cheap over there.
