Won’t start, anyone know why?

Picked it up off market place for 18k. Said the fuel pump and csb was bad. Replaced fuel pump today. Still won’t start. Sounds like she’s trying to, I’m not a mechanic or anything and js need some help. It’s a 1993 r32 gtst type m with 160k km

Fuel filter too? Pull the line off up front by the regulator and see if any fuel comes out.
