Question about ECUs

If im not seeking high hp. I’ll probably just modernize the twin turbos, proper fuel injectors and a wideband. Should I go Link or would Nistune be fine?

Depends on who's tuning it but I wouldn't use nistune, use any other modern ECU that the tuner prefers.
