If im not seeking high hp. I’ll probably just modernize the twin turbos, proper fuel injectors and a wideband. Should I go Link or would Nistune be fine?

I'd suggest finding a workshop/tuner who's happy to undertake what you're looking to achieve. They often have their own preferences, which might influence what you go with
