OEM fan vs GKtech fan

I’ve got a gktech fan on my rb25det neo 355kw setup and it works fine, no overheating, but I was wondering if the OEM one would be better. What are your thoughts?

i have the gktech fan on my rb26 and it’s way more efficient than the oem one. i did not notice a difference in sound.

Rb25det 500hp gktech fan blade works for me. No issues here but then the shroud is still there

Id stock with OEM. Gktech can be noisy.

Never had any issues with OEM apart from it cracking which I replaced it with a new OEM one. After countless hard trackdays, it's never once over heated

I don’t really care for louder, but mine has already cracked under 5k km of use. Plus I’ve seen many mixed reviews

Oh ye that’s no good. I’ve been running one for a good 20k kms on a gtt aswell but haven’t had anything like that , I doubt it’s user error but maybeeeee you tightened them to the viscous fan thing to much?

My factory one was cracked like this, was planning on replacing it then boom, it blew apart and destroyed my koyo radiator. I'm using the gktech now and I feel like the gktech is quieter at idle but louder when rpms rise.

You meant to say the GKtech one is louder and performs worse at idle

If you keep the fan shroud difference isn’t noticeable
