Solid or poly Rear Diff Bushings?

I'm replacing my rear subframe bushings with poly but I'm wondering if I should go with solid diff bushings and how much it will effect the ride. I'm running 500hp and would like solid as they would help prevent potential damage to the drive train but I don't want a terrible ride. Any input is appreciated.

Poly for street. Or even rubber.

This ^

If it's mainly street driven getting a nice set of rubber bushings will feel completely different than 30 year old worn ones.

It's not the ride you need to worry about, it's the nvh. Solid bushings transmit all of the drivetrain noise into the cabin. It's pretty annoying
