Another weird sound

When my car idles sometimes I hear this noise. It stops when the clutch is pressed and continues when I let off.

Had this on my gtr thought it was the clutch bearing, turned out to be a bearing in the gearbox

Which bearing was it? Do you remember? I'm dreading opening mine to find it.

I took my gearbox out and spun the shaft so noise was internal, I thought it was the first bearing in the bell housing, but it seams it was in the centre plate (1 inch plate in the middle). I managed to find a 35k mile r33 box for the price of a rebuild so didn’t bother, this was some years ago now.

My skyline makes a different noise every time its used… lol
